- 8 ounce Egg Noodles
- 3/4 cup Sweet Peas, frozen
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 2/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion, thinly sliced in half moons
- 1/3 cup Green Onion, diced(optional)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
- to taste Sea or Kosher Salt
- to taste fresh Black Pepper

Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions, adding the peas directly into the pot to cook alongside them.

While the noodles cook, add the sour cream, yellow onion, Parmesan, and poppy seeds to a large mixing bowl.

Drain the cooked noodles and peas, then add them to the mixing bowl along with the butter.

Toss well until all the noodles are coated with the sour cream mixture. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
