- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Custard powder
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup mixed fruits (Apple, Banana, Chiku, Pomegranate)
Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, mix the custard powder into the milk until dissolved.
Step 2
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue to cook until it starts to thicken.
Step 3
Add the sugar to the thickened custard and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow the custard to cool completely.
Step 4
While the custard cools, cut the fruits into small, bite-sized pieces.
Step 5
Once the custard is cool, gently fold in the cut fruits.
Step 6
Pour the fruit custard into individual serving glasses.
Step 7
Chill the custard in the refrigerator until thoroughly cold.
Step 8
Before serving, drizzle chocolate sauce on the inner walls of each serving glass for garnish.
