- 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic
- 12 ounce chicken broth
- 2 ounce butter
- Salt, pepper and Accent(optional)

Dredge the chicken strips in flour. In a pan, blanch them in oil on all sides until golden brown. Season the browned chicken strips with salt, pepper, and Accent.

Remove any excess oil from the pan. Add the butter and minced garlic, and cook them together until the garlic becomes somewhat transparent.

until sauce comes to desired consistency
Add the chicken broth to the pan and allow the mixture to simmer until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Sprinkle the parsley flakes over the chicken and sauce before serving.
