- 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper

Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper to taste. Rub brown sugar over the entire tenderloin and place it fat side up in a large baking pot with a cover. Add liquid smoke. Cook covered at 275 degrees.

The cooked meat will be very tender and can be served as is or with your favorite BBQ sauce for a "pulled pork" style meal.
