- 350 grams ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach, cleaned, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato, deseeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta or Swiss cheese, crumbled or coarsely grated(optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill weed or parsley(optional)
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 4 artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons Greek Vinaigrette
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Step 1
Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, spinach, tomato, cheese, dill, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

For the Greek Vinaigrette, whisk together olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk in lemon juice and red wine vinegar.
