- 1 package crab meat (8 oz)
- 3 green onions, cut
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2-3 celery stalks, chopped(optional)

Place green onions, carrots and celery (optional) into a mixing bowl

Chop up crab meat and mix into vegetables

Add mayo and sugar and combine

Refrigerate for at least an hour, serve
