Kiwifruit PopsiclesIngredients
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 3 Gold kiwifruits
- 4 tablespoons Water
- 3 Green kiwifruits
Instructions
Step 1
Remove kiwifruit skin and cut into large cubes.
Step 2
Place gold kiwifruits with 2 tablespoons of water and sugar into a blender, blend until just smooth or with some small lumps. Do not over blend the kiwifruits, otherwise seeds will be crushed and make popsicles bitter.
Step 3
Pour out blended gold kiwifruits into a cup and set aside.
Step 4
Then blend the green kiwifruits.
Step 5
Carefully pour half of the blended kiwifruits into silicone individual moulds.
Step 6
Place the silicone mould in the freezer for about 30 minutes until popsicles are partially frozen, then insert popsicle sticks in the center.
Step 7
Put the silicone mould back into the freezer for another 15 minutes or more to make sure the sticks are firmly secured in the popsicles. Pour (or use a teaspoon to scoop) in the remaining blended kiwifruits on top. Freeze popsicles until hard for at least 4 hours or overnight.
