Lamb Tagine Stew

Ingredients
1 pound lamb, chops
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 carrot, sliced
1/2 pound green peas
1 cup mushroom
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoons lemon, juice
3 teaspoons parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano
4 cups lamb stock, (or chicken stock)
