  • 0.5 cup fat free <a href="/K7473XN2">milk</a>

  • 1 tablespoon <a href="/JWK77VQF">butter</a>
  • 0.5 teaspoon <a href="/LR6J3M3S">cinnamon</a>
  • 1 pinch <a href="/JWY2TSTS">nutmeg</a>
  • 1 medium <a href="/V8DWVV3V">apple,</a> shredded with skin
