Mustard Herb Vinaigrette
1 teaspoon chopped basil
1 sprig of thyme (leaves only)
A squirt of honey (more if you want a sweeter dressing)
1/2 cup of olive oil. You can reduce this if you want a tarter dressing
Add all the herbs and shallot to food processor with one tablespoon of Dijon-style mustard and one tablespoon of water.
Shake vigorously to combine.
