  • 3 medium <a href="/4CXZ7VHS">carrots,</a> peeled and finely grated
  • 2 medium <a href="/5GXJHWW6">potatoes,</a> peeled and finely grated
  • 0.5 small <a href="/XRNJ6XK6">white onion,</a> finely grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon <a href="/NPRCNNNP">sea salt</a>

Instructions

Step 1

In a large <a href="/MYJ2HRB7">skillet,</a> <a href="/64W3NS5R">melt </a>butter and oil.

Add <a href="/VYSXFJY6">carrots,</a> potatoes and onions; add <a href="/MYJ2HRB7">seasoning. </a>Saute until <a href="/D434P8MH">browned </a>on one side.
