Delicious Quinoa Tabouli

Ingredients

200 grams cooked quinoa
6 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tablespoon dried mint
1 garlic clove, minced
10 olives, sliced
1/2 teaspoon chopped basil
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
5 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except olives and toss together lightly.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and transfer to a refrigerator for an hour. When ready transfer to a salad bowl and garnish with olives.
