Instructions
Step 1
I rather think the British idea of a sandwich is very different from the American idea, but these are fillings we all enjoy. The sandwiches are made from two <a href="/technique/3JDX2Q84/slice">slices</a> of wholemeal (wholegrain) <a href="/technique/482ZKJDV/bread">bread</a>, and no butter or margarine is used. All are <a href="/technique/H7TNTGFZ/seasoned">seasoned</a> to <a href="/technique/WDCS6JL5/taste">taste</a>.
Step 2
Low-fat <a href="/technique/R3P5MM3Z/cream">cream</a> cheese and <a href="/technique/3JDX2Q84/sliced">sliced</a> tomatoSpread the <a href="/technique/482ZKJDV/bread">bread</a> with reduced-calorie mayonnaise, add ham (low-fat!), lettuce,cucumber, etc.
Step 3
Leftover cold fish pie (I'll send the recipe to any who want it!) which sounds counter-intuitive, but it's almost worth making fish pie just for the sandwich filling!
Step 4
Low-fat <a href="/technique/R3P5MM3Z/cream">cream</a> cheese and <a href="/technique/QRT27MZS/smoked">smoked</a> trout or salmon Cottage cheese (any flavour) and cucumber Reduced-fat Cheddar cheese and Branston <a href="/technique/5LQDVZ7L/pickle">pickle</a>
