  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 1/2-2 teaspoons chopped lemongrass
  • 1 teaspoons tea leaves (DARJEELING TEA)
  • Sugar(optional)
  • 1/2 cup Milk

– Heat water and add ginger and lemongrass. Once it comes to a boil, add tea and allow to boil for 2 minutes.

– Add milk and sugar and simmer for 2 minutes.
