Avocado and Cheese Dip

Ingredients

2 Ripe avocado pears
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1/2 small Onion, grated
3 1/2 ounces Packet full-fat soft cream cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Paprika to garnish

Preparation

1. Peel the avocados, then halve and remove the stones. Mash with the lemon juice.

2. Beat in the remaining ingredients. Season to taste, and sprinkle with paprika.

3. Serve as a dip with savoury biscuits, crisps and crudits.

NOTES : A perfect pre-dinner dip, leaving the palate refreshed. It would also be an ideal first course served with a garnish of green salad.
