- 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 unit small onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3/4 pounds diced ripe tomatoes
- 1 unit bay leaf
- 1/8 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 pinch coarse sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Herbs de Provence

Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onions and stir until they become translucent.

Add tomatoes, bay leaf, and horseradish.

20 minutes
Stir, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook until tomatoes are tender.

Add salt and Herbs de Provence.

Simmer.
