2 cups Brown Lobhia: 1/2, soaked for hours and boiled
Veg: Gobi, carrot, peas, beans chopped and steamed
2 Shimla Mirch [Capsicum]:
1/2 cup Tomato puree:
1 inch Ginger: piece
2 teaspoons Coriander powder:
3 Green chillies:
1/2 teaspoon Garm masala:
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder:
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil:
1 teaspoon Jeera [cumin] seeds:
salt to taste
100 gms Paneer:, cut in small pieces
Green coriander for garnishing

dPour oil in the pan, add jeera seeds. Once it becomes brown, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chillies to it. After 2 minutes, add tomato puree and grated ginger and stir till the oil is separated.

Add all vegetables, paneer, lobhia and salt and cook for 10 minutes.

When it is done, add garam masala.

Garnish with coriander and paneer.

Serve hot with chapatis or prathas.
