  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • orange zest
  • 6 ounces dried cherries
  • 3 1/2 ounces seeds (e.g., hemp, chia, pumpkin)
  • 6 ounces whole almonds
  • 5 cups old fashioned oatmeal
