Gluten Free Rolled-Out Sugar Cookies
These gluten free cookies have a good texture, crispy on the outside but moist and chewy on the inside. You can finish them off by sprinkling them with granulated sugar, powdered sugar, or icing them. Absolutely delicious!

Instructions
Step 1
<a href="/DRM2WPZ4">Stir </a>together the almond flour, <a href="/RNT367Z2">baking </a>soda, <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt,</a> cinnamon, and xanthan gum in a large bowl.

Step 3
Add the egg and vanilla and <a href="/3CYMY2D7">beat </a>until combined.

Place dough in a ziplock bag and <a href="/ZSSVQ6FG">refrigerate </a>15-30 minutes.

Place dough between 2 pieces of greased parchment paper and <a href="/LTNN8R88">roll </a>out to abou 1/8 in. thick.
Step 8
Use your favorite cookie cutter to make your favorite shaped cookies. Carefully transfer to a greased cookie sheet placing them 1 inch apart.
Step 9
