  • 3/4 cup medjool dates (about 10 large dates)
  • 2/3 cup coconut (shredded or flaked)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 cup toasted sesame seeds(optional)
  • 1/8 cup shredded coconut(optional)
  • 1/8 cup chopped almonds(optional)
