- 2/3 cup coconut (shredded or flaked)
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 cup toasted sesame seeds(optional)
- 1/8 cup shredded coconut(optional)
- 1/8 cup chopped almonds(optional)
