- 1 tablespoon <a href="/GBHRFTWT">capers </a>(with brine)
- 4 tablespoon <a href="/T6J3XL56">worcestershire sauce</a>
- 5 shakes of <a href="/RPVMMJ7B">Tabasco sauce</a>
- 0 juice of whole <a href="/NMZYZYB2">lemon</a>

- 1 teaspoon <a href="/SWV3CGDQ">black pepper</a>
- 1 pinch <a href="/46RFBBQX">peperoncino </a>(dried italian <a href="/ZFRS3GMM">red pepper </a>flake)
- 0 Sacremento <a href="/5DZQ7PXH">Canned Tomato </a>Juice
- 0 <a href="/VVS6TLR6">Vodka,</a> to taste
- 1 slice of <a href="/Y5K7YSXM">lime</a>
- 1 <a href="/7XW6LVSM">olive</a>
- 1 <a href="/43Z57JJ6">celery </a>stick, cleaned and trimmed
Instructions
Step 1
In juicer, add celery, shallot, horseradish, and capers.
Step 2
Put <a href="/QDWRNXYW">juiced </a>mixture in quart container (optional: <a href="/KXN5X3J8">strain </a>through chinois).
Step 3
Add worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon <a href="/QDWRNXYW">juice,</a> celery <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt,</a> black pepper, and peperoncino.
Step 4
Fill container with Sacramento <a href="/TPWNYF5L">Canned </a>Tomato <a href="/QDWRNXYW">Juice.</a>
Step 5
Let sit overnight in <a href="/ZSSVQ6FG">refrigerator.</a>
Step 6
Pour mixture over <a href="/RP8LCDPZ">ice </a>into a highball glass.
Step 7
Add vodka to <a href="/WDCS6JL5">taste.</a>
Step 8
<a href="/HZXPVMNR">Garnish </a>with <a href="/8F6C5KQK">skewered </a>lime <a href="/3JDX2Q84">slice </a>and olive, and a cleaned and <a href="/PXFDS2MB">trimmed </a>celery stick.
