Made the recipe 4/19 with the following changes: used 1 1/2 lbs ground beef in a deep dish 9 1/2-inch pie plate, used slightly more dry Bisquick but didn't increase the amount of eggs, carmelized the onions for a sweeter and deeper flavor and added them to the cooked ground beef before placing in the pie plate. Didn't top with tomatoes. Excellent flavor and will make again. Use more cheddar if desired.
