Instructions

Step 1

Cook celery, carrots and peas in water (reserve 1 1/4 cups hot water from vegetables) until tender.

<a href="/technique/64W3NS5R/melt">Melt</a> butter, add flour to make a paste, then add milk and vegetable water.

Add cooked vegetables and chicken, <a href="/technique/XZFHRHHF/heat">heat</a> until hot. <a href="/technique/Y6MVNCHX/serve">Serve</a> over biscuits.
