Chinese New Year Steamed Fish

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds fish (granted, mine was twice this size!)
5 slices ginger, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons rice wine

Preparation

Put ginger inside fish

Sprinkle salt in and out of fish

Put in wok and steam on medium high heat for 20 minutes

Mix soy sauce, rice wine, and green onions, and pour over steamed fish
5
Heat oil in small pot and pour over fish right before serving
