Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the artichokes by <a href="/XZBDDD5G">cutting </a>one inch off the <a href="/R34ZSY3M">top,</a> <a href="/XZBDDD5G">cut </a>stem and place in lemon water. Snip off the tips of the leaves of the artichoke and remove the choke. Place in lemon water until all have been prepared.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients ( artichoke stems, garlic, <a href="/482ZKJDV">bread </a>crumbs, cheese, olive oil, <a href="/DPSVTKVY">salt </a>and pepper), take the artichoke from the water and with a tablespoon fill the middle and <a href="/WRFN6T6X">separate </a>the leaves and fill with <a href="/XSQB5XPJ">stuffing. </a>Place them in a large pot with 1 cup of the lemon water and chicken broth. Place the lid on and <a href="/GFSF4J5F">simmer </a>on low <a href="/XZFHRHHF">heat </a>for 45 to 55 minutes or until the leaves of the artichoke pull off easily.
