- 1 null boiled and grated potato
- 2-3 tablespoons grated or crumbled paneer
- 1-2 tablespoons gulab jamun mix
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1/2 null cut green chilly
- null salt (to taste)
- null pepper powder (to taste)
- null chaat masala (to taste)
- 3-4 pieces small cut ripe mango
- 7-8 pieces mango mix cheese spread
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese(optional)
- null oil (for frying and greasing)

Step 1
Rub well paneer, boiled potato, gulab jamun mix also add green chilly and salt, pepper powder, chaat masala.

Divide this into two and apply little oil on your palm to flatten it.

Put 3- 4 pieces of mango stuffing, seal gently.

Roll in corn flour.

Fry in oil until golden brown..
