Korean Chicken Stew

Ingredients

1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
2 tablespoons kochujang chili paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons rice wine
3 potatoes, cut
1 carrot, sliced

Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients

Put chicken and vegetables in heavy bottom pot

Add sauce, stir

Pour in some water, bring to a boil. Cover and leave on medium heat about 30 min

Sprinkle with cilantro or spring onion and enjoy!
