  • 2 tablespoon <a href="/8STN5NBF">dijon mustard</a>
  • 0.5 cup <a href="/NNCPWZN7">mayonnaise</a>
  • 3 sprigs fresh <a href="/5PQV2CNS">dill</a>
  • 1 tablespoon <a href="/DD8CWYRZ">red wine </a><a href="/Y4YDG2F4">vinegar</a>
  • 0 to taste, <a href="/7WDLGSY7">salt </a>
  • 0 to taste, <a href="/SWV3CGDQ">pepper</a>
  • 0.5 cup chopped <a href="/HHD4LH3Q">sweet onion</a>

Instructions

Step 1

<a href="/RSDQ7YW8">Peel </a>potatoes and dice them.

Place diced potatoes into cold water. Bring to a <a href="/W7VKDJHH">boil. </a>Cook until tender.

Drain, rinse in cold water, drain again.
