- 50 gram <a href="/FSGKGZ72">Chickpea flour</a>
- 70 gram <a href="/NMJDNTCM">Semolina</a>
- 1 caster <a href="/6H6G87VP">sugar</a>
- 0.5 teaspoon • <a href="/J2KTPXCW">baking powder</a>
- 0 <a href="/S6SCF67M">ghee-</a> room temprature
- 0 •few threads of <a href="/X3CZMB6Y">saffron</a>
- 0.5 teaspoon • <a href="/NZXQYWWV">cardamom </a>powder
- 0 •few pisatachio and <a href="/V6D3WG47">almond </a>silvers
Instructions
Step 1
In a big bowl <a href="/3CYMY2D7">beat </a>the ghee and sugar until fluffy.
Step 2
Now add Flours, semolina, <a href="/HF7TLMS7">baking powder </a>and spices.(except Nuts). Bind into a dough.
Step 3
<a href="/H3S4YV46">Pre-heat </a>the oven to gas mark 4-5 and make small balls and flatten slightly.
Step 4
Place on a greased line <a href="/RNT367Z2">baking </a>tray..Leave enough space between them. <a href="/RNT367Z2"> Bake</a> in a<a href="/H3S4YV46"> pre-heated</a> oven about 7-8 minutes.
Step 5
Take the cookies out and place almonds and pistachio in the centre, return to the oven abd <a href="/RNT367Z2">bake </a>further 7-8 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let it <a href="/GZFHJC5K">cool </a>on a wire rack
