No matter what time of year it is, Macaroni and Cheese is fantastic. It is comforting and tasty either hot or at room temperature. I like it because it is a blank canvas that I can add my own special touch to, making it a little different each time.
Mac and cheese is pretty simple. It is easy enough that you should never touch a packet of unholy orange, powdered cheese flavoring again.
