MD Gets Raw With LA DA

Doctor Edgar Ludici, stands up for raw milk in a letter to the Los Angeles District Attorney, Dr. Ludici believes that the raids were unwarranted and that raw milk is far healthier than the standard pasteurized variety.

"My many years of experience as a physician, US Army officer and active member of many national and international organizations have convinced me that consumers should have free access not only to whole unprocessed foods of their choice but also to direct trade with farmers."

Dr. Ludici also explains how pasteurized milk kills the beneficial enzymes which protect the milk from pathogens.

The Dr. believes that raw goat milk is higher in valuable nutrients and is safer than any milk filled with chemicals, hormones, and antibiotics.
