Berliner Weisse
About
A pale, very sour, top-fermenting German wheat beer with a light body, dry finish and high carbonation originally brewed in Berlin. Often drunk with the addition of fruit syrup, raspberries, woodruff, or mixed with a pilsner to counterbalance the sourness. 2.5-5%% ABV.
