Ingredients

  • salt
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon heaping blueberry jam
  • favorite toppings (e.g., coconut flakes, grated apple, raisins, nut butter, fresh fruit)(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Add the oats, almond milk, water and salt to a small saucepan and cook it over medium heat. Add the coconut oil, cinnamon and blueberry jam. Stir in it occasionally.

Step 2

Cook it for five to ten minutes or until it has reached your desired consistency. Take it off the stove, pour it into a bowl and top it with your favourite toppings.
