- 1/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon heaping blueberry jam
- favorite toppings (e.g., coconut flakes, grated apple, raisins, nut butter, fresh fruit)(optional)

Step 1
Add the oats, almond milk, water and salt to a small saucepan and cook it over medium heat. Add the coconut oil, cinnamon and blueberry jam. Stir in it occasionally.

Cook it for five to ten minutes or until it has reached your desired consistency. Take it off the stove, pour it into a bowl and top it with your favourite toppings.
