- 250 gram semolina
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato pulp
- 3 carrots
- 2 red paprika
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 kohlrabi
- 4 tablespoon green peas
- 1 bay leaf

- 1 clove garlic

- 100 gram butter
- 500 gram lean mutton meat

Step 1
Cut the lean mutton meat into cubes. Roast the meat with half of the butter, chopped onion, and finely chopped garlic.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper. Fill up with water, add the bay leaf, and cook for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Add sliced kohlrabi, peas, sliced paprika, sliced tomatoes, and sliced carrots to the pot. Season this ragout with tomato pulp and Tabasco sauce.
Step 4
Moisten the semolina with 125 ml hot salt water and shape it into crumbs.
Step 5
Put the semolina crumbs in a sieve and hang it in the pot with the ragout, ensuring it does not touch the liquid. Put a lid on top and cook for 60-70 minutes.
