  • 2 tablespoons Xocai Healthy Chocolate Activ Powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 whole filet Mignon
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients: Xocai Healthy Chocolate Activ Powder, cumin, sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, white pepper, salt, and garlic powder.

Completely coat both sides of the filet Mignon with the prepared rub mixture.

Lightly coat a broiler pan or grill with olive oil.

Grill or broil the filet Mignon, cooking evenly on both sides, until it reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees Fahrenheit.

Optionally, store any remaining meat rub in an airtight container for future use.
