In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients: Xocai Healthy Chocolate Activ Powder, cumin, sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, white pepper, salt, and garlic powder.

Completely coat both sides of the filet Mignon with the prepared rub mixture.

Lightly coat a broiler pan or grill with olive oil.

Grill or broil the filet Mignon, cooking evenly on both sides, until it reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees Fahrenheit.
