  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup corkscrew pasta
