Green Tomato Raspberry Jelly

Ingredients

5 cups chopped green tomatoes
4 cups sugar
1 package lrg (6-serving size) raspberry gelatin

Preparation

Boil tomatoes and sugar together for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add gelatin and stir well. In batches, puree in a blender. Pour into jars and seal. Process for 5 minutes in a boiling-water bath.
