Creamy Squash Puree "Ice Cream"

BeginnerUse this as base to make your own super creamy and tasty, but way healthier than ice cream variation. I sometimes use other types of winter squash I baked and pureed or just canned pumpkin puree.

- Butternut squash
- Frozen fruit of choice (e.g., banana, strawberries, papaya, mango, blueberries, raspberries)
- Stevia sweetened vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Water, coconut milk, almond milk, or plain kefir
- Vanilla or chocolate flavored liquid stevia
- Broken pieces of whole grain pretzel dipped in a little peanut butter(optional)

Add broken pretzel pieces into mixture

Pour into cup and place in freezer until ready to eat.....or just eat right away b/c it's hard to resist
