With sharp knife remove peel and pith from oranges; set aside. In large pot combine juice, juice concentrate, wine, cloves, peppercorns and cinnamon stick. Over med heat bring to a boil. Gently add oranges; cover and simmer 15 minutes, basting often. With slotted spoon, gently remove oranges to individual dishes. Increase heat to high and cook, uncovered, until poaching liquid is reduced by half, about 15 min. Strain and evenly pour over oranges.
