- 20 whole strawberries
- 30 chunks pineapple
- 30 chunks papaya
- apples(optional)
- mango(optional)
- kiwi(optional)
- 6 chunks dark chocolate nuggets
- 1 tablespoons butter

Step 1
Wash fruit if needed. Remove stems from strawberries, leaving them whole. Cut other fruit into 1-inch chunks.

Arrange fruit chunks on 10 kabob sticks, alternating fruits to have 2 to 3 pieces of each fruit per stick. Start and end each kabob with a strawberry.

Melt butter in a double boiler. Add chocolate nuggets and melt on low heat.

Remove melted chocolate from heat as soon as it is soft, then stir until smooth.

Line up the prepared fruit kabobs close together. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the fruit in a zigzag pattern.
