- 3 Bananas, diwis, apples or oranges, sliced(optional)
- 1 handful berries(optional)
- 1/4 cup Unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup Plain low fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup Oat bran
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- skim milk(optional)

In a medium-sized bowl, stir together oat bran, oats, and yogurt. If the mixture is too stiff, add a bit of skim milk to thin it. Place the mixture in a container, cover, and refrigerate.

Step 2
To serve, place the mixture in individual bowls and mix in the pumpkin seeds or sprinkle them on top, along with fruit.
