  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Plain Low-Fat Yogurt

Place the drained canned chickpeas, minced garlic, ground cumin, lemon juice, minced fresh parsley, and plain low-fat yogurt in a food processor; process until smooth. Spoon the mixture into a bowl; cover and chill, if desired. Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
