- Nasturtium blossoms and leaves (for garnish)(optional)
- 12 blossoms Nasturtium blossoms, coarsely chopped
- 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 8 slices Bread, fine-textured and home-made

Remove crust from thinly sliced homemade bread.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and chopped nasturtium blossoms. Spread thinly on bread, top with another slice of bread, and cut into quarters.

Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving to blend the flavors.
