  • 1 loaf Italian Bread, sliced
  • 1/2 pound Italian Salame, Pancetta, or Prosciutto
  • 1 pound Fresh, Natural, Soft Italian Style Mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Olive Oil

Preheat oven to High Broil setting.

Slice the Italian bread into 1-inch thick slices. Dip one side of each bread slice into the olive oil.

Sprinkle garlic powder over the olive oil-dipped bread slices.

Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese and divide it evenly among the bread slices, placing it on the garlic powder side.

Top the cheese with the desired Italian meat (salame, pancetta, or prosciutto). Broil until the bread is slightly browned, the cheese is melted, and the meat begins to curl up on the edges.
