  • 0.0 Minced fresh parsley
  • 10.0 ounce frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 13.0 ounce low-fat evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup chopped broccoli
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme
  • 2.0 cup low salt chicken broth
  • 1.0 cup diced carrots
  • 1.0 cup diced potatoes
  • 2.0 tablespoon margarine
  • 1.0 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.5 cup chopped onions
  • 7.5 ounce canned Alaska salmon

Step 1

Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid.

Sauté onions, celery and garlic in margarine. Add potatoes, carrots, reserved salmon liquid, chicken broth and seasonings. Simmer, covered, until vegetables are nearly tender.

5 minutes

Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Add flaked salmon, evaporated milk and corn; heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with minced parsley to serve.
