- 0.0 Minced fresh parsley
- 10.0 ounce frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 13.0 ounce low-fat evaporated milk
- 0.5 cup chopped broccoli
- 0.25 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon thyme
- 2.0 cup low salt chicken broth
- 1.0 cup diced carrots
- 1.0 cup diced potatoes
- 2.0 tablespoon margarine
- 1.0 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup chopped celery
- 0.5 cup chopped onions
- 7.5 ounce canned Alaska salmon

Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid.

Sauté onions, celery and garlic in margarine. Add potatoes, carrots, reserved salmon liquid, chicken broth and seasonings. Simmer, covered, until vegetables are nearly tender.

5 minutes
Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Add flaked salmon, evaporated milk and corn; heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with minced parsley to serve.
