- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 dash black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- cup tomato ketchup
- cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1-3 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs

Trim off excess fat from ribs. In a large skillet, brown ribs in oil; transfer to the crockpot. Place onion slices over ribs. Combine all sauce ingredients; pour evenly over ribs and onions. Cover and cook on LOW.
