  • strips green/red pepper
  • frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • handful broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can Campbell's half fat cream of chicken soup(optional)
  • pasta
  • light Parmesan cheese(optional)
  • hot pepper flakes(optional)
  • chicken breast(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Cook your favorite pasta according to package directions.

While the pasta is cooking, combine the green/red pepper strips, frozen peas, onion, julienned carrot, handful of 1-inch broccoli pieces, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cream of chicken soup in a pot.

Let the mixture simmer until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

(Optional) For a heartier meal, you may boil a chicken breast in the pasta water. Once cooked, cut it up and add it to the simmering sauce for a few minutes.
