- frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons onion
- 1 carrot, julienned
- handful broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can Campbell's half fat cream of chicken soup(optional)

- light Parmesan cheese(optional)
- hot pepper flakes(optional)

Cook your favorite pasta according to package directions.

While the pasta is cooking, combine the green/red pepper strips, frozen peas, onion, julienned carrot, handful of 1-inch broccoli pieces, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cream of chicken soup in a pot.

Let the mixture simmer until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
