- cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 can milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 corn tortillas
- 8 ounce water
- 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 pounds ground beef

Brown ground beef with garlic powder and onion. Drain excess fat. Add chili powder, tomato sauce, and water. Stir to combine. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Layer 6 corn tortillas in the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour the meat mixture evenly over the tortillas. Add a second layer of the remaining tortillas. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and milk, then pour this mixture over the tortillas. Top with Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the top is slightly browned.
