- 1 small radish
- 50 g jellyfish
- 5 slices smoked salmon
- 8 g Pok Chui biscuits
- 8 chocolate chips or raisins(optional)
- 4 teaspoons tobiko
- 5 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 5 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons shredded nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons shredded red ginger
- 2 tablespoons Japanese Goma dressing
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons plum sauce

Clean and shred carrots. Do the same with radish.

Pour the Pok Chui Biscuits onto a serving tray.

Use a jelly mould to shape the fishes by adding tobiko first, followed by fixing the eyes, then top with radish.
