- 2 tablespoons Stock
- 1 dash White wine
- 2 tablespoons Brandy
- 2 stalks Coriander
- 2 inches Root ginger
- 2 stalks Spring onions
- tablespoon Soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cornflour
- teaspoon Pepper
- tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 10 ounces Beef
- 2 tablespoons Oil

Step 1
Heat a sturdy plate or oven-proof dish.

Slice the beef thinly and season with cornflour, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and brandy. Mix well.

Heat the oil in a wok until smoking. Add the beef and toss quickly, then add the wine and stock and stir well. Transfer to the hot plate and garnish with spring onion and coriander.
